I’m still trying to figure out what I’m going to be when I grow up but I think I’m a few steps closer to…something. My goal in life is to help people figure out how passion can drive profit. Locally, I’d like to do that through coaching and mentoring of employees and leadership teams. Globally, I’d like to help organizations understand how to create the type of culture where employees willingly volunteer to do their best every day.

This site, MarisaKeegan.com, will eventually be used to promote local coaching and mentoring but since I get my fill of this at my current gig I’m putting my energy into creating and maintaining CultureFanatics.com with some of the industries leading culture, well, fanatics.
